FLÁVIA PELLEGRINO
Executive Coordination
Graduated in Journalism (PUC-SP) and master's degree in Political Science and Latin American Studies (Université Sorbonne Nouvelle). She was the advocacy and institutional relations coordinator at Agenda Pública, where she had the opportunity to coordinate the executive secretariat of the ODS Strategy coalition. She worked as a journalist in Brazil and France, was a project coordinator at Abril Educação, and a politics teacher at a popular course in São Paulo.
RICARDO BORGES MARTINS
General Coordination
Social scientist graduated from USP, with a master's degree in Social Influence from Université d'Aix-Marseille, and postgraduate studies in Government Relations MBA from FGV-SP. He was Executive Director of Bom Senso Futebol Clube and is one of the founders of Virada Política, Movimento Transparência Partidária, and Advocacy Hub. He has worked in movements and organizations such as Eu Voto Distrital and SITAWI, and was Mobilization Coordinator at Minha Sampa.
MARGARIDA GORECKI
Institutional Development and Operations Coordination
Journalist (PUC-SP), Social Scientist (FFLCH-USP), and master's degree in Media, Communication, and Development (London School of Economics and Political Science). With over ten years of experience in NGOs and media outlets, specializing in project management, evaluation, and development of knowledge strategies. Worked at Revista Época, Fundação Tide Setubal, Ação Educativa, and Comunidade Educativa Cedac, and collaborated with various organizations.

ARTHUR MELLO
Advocacy Coordination
Currently studying Public Relations (ECA-USP), former student and vice-president of the United World College. Selected by UWC Brazil to attend high school under the International Baccalaureate Diploma at UWC Li Po Chun College in Hong Kong. Participated in the Semester at Sea university program offered by the University of Colorado and was chosen as an "Architect of Hope" in the book by author Ari Satok. Has professional experience in civil society organizations in political mobilization and advocacy.
ANDRÉ AMARAL
Articulation Coordination
Internationalist graduated from the University of Brasília, fellow of the International Transparency School on Integrity, and trained in group facilitation and processes by the Germinar Program. With 10 years of professional experience in ensuring and promoting rights in government, international, and third-sector organizations. Among the organizations he has worked for are the United Nations Development Programme, at Centro de Liderança Pública (Center for Public Leadership), and Transparency International - Brazil.
JOSÉ BRUNO LIMA
Communications Coordinator
Graduated in Advertising from the Federal University of Ceará and holds a master's degree in Communication from the same university. With over 15 years of experience in communication planning, marketing, and content production, primarily focused on impactful campaigns and projects in political, social, and environmental spheres.
HELENA SALVADOR
Communication Advisor
Graduate student at the Institute of Latin American Integration at the University of São Paulo (PROLAM-USP), journalist graduated from the Federal University of Paraná, and Master's degree holder in Political Science from the Complutense University of Madrid and the University of the Republic of Uruguay. Working in Communication, Press Office, and Social Media in the third sector since 2019, with experience in communications at organizations such as Politize!, Instituto Update, and the UN Women's office in Uruguay.
DENIS DIOSANTO
Audiovisual Team
Advertising professional by training, he worked for many years in advertising agencies and, since 2010, has been working as a full-time freelance designer. As a graphic designer, he specializes in creating brands and visual identities, working remotely for all his clients. He currently works at Pacto pela Democracia as a designer and is responsible for the audiovisual area.
